Graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and completed an internship at financial supervisory authorities, where she gained a deep understanding of regulatory mechanisms and asset protection.
At Nexia LAW, Irina has supported IT companies through crisis situations, participated in international M&A transactions, advised investors on entering foreign markets, and successfully resolved cases related to asset protection under sanctions pressure. A particular focus of her practice is combating money laundering and uncovering fraudulent schemes.
