Mark Odinov
Mark Ruslanovich Odinov has extensive experience in financial regulation, including advising on strategic and structural matters, obtaining regulatory approvals and licenses, changes in control, regulatory capital, regulated activities, and cross-border client access. He also advises on compliance matters, sanctions policies, development and implementation of anti-money laundering (AML) procedures, asset custody, prime brokerage, financial instrument trading, derivatives, banking, treasury operations, clearing, settlements, and client relationship terms.

Mark is actively involved in dispute resolution, advising clients on regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, AML and sanctions compliance, incident response (including AML/CFT, sanctions, and cybercrime), and resolving disputes in the financial services sector.

His client base includes a wide range of financial institutions, such as major global banks, leading brokers and dealers, investment fund managers, insurance companies, exchanges, clearinghouses, settlement systems, as well as corporations and end users of financial markets.
